The establishment of new knowledge has been continuously occurred. Modification of the national curriculum is too slow to response these changes. Modern educational framework should stress the importance of continuing self-learning and developing the problem solving capacity of children.

Continuing self-learning program and local library reform

Continuing self-learning program must be prepared to support this new framework and should be introduced to all subjects that children have to study at school. The local library must be reform to become the major resources of this program. Using Internet network to connect all libraries in the country for their cooperation in the search for the required information. The training program for searching the global information from Internet must be prepared and implement at all local libraries.

Self-problem solving process and systematical thinking

The self-problem solving process must be prepared. The systematical thinking process must be promoted as a general toolbox for solving problems as much as possible also for daily life problems. Increasing self-confidence of children will encourage their future success.

Communication process co-operation with others and self-adaptation

Business organization has been divide into small units to properly work in narrow scope. The coordination and communication become the major task to make successful the jobs. The children should learn to have good relationship with their colleagues and self-adaptation to harmonize with their working place atmosphere.

Document preparation process and effectively use of document

Business documents rapidly increase their importance and this trend will be much higher in the future. The communicative purpose and legal usage is major role of these documents. Also the effectively use and store of documents must be prepared.

Data collecting and analysis

The continuous improvement is the major role in all success business. Data collecting and analysis of the product and services will become the major role to improve the performance of the organization. Although there are plenty of data in the working places, most members of their staff do not know how to collect these data.
